    Frequently Asked Questions

Why does finding a Board-Certified Career Professional matter?
      • With so many self-proclaimed & untrained career “experts” easily found on the internet, seekers need to find competent, trained career practitioners who can support, advise, empathize, and celebrate as people get back to successful work.

      • A credential represents a formal validation of an individual’s qualifications & professional competencies in a specific industry.

      • The value is found in the fact that certification ensures proficiency, provides credibility & transparency, and confirms strengths and expertise as a formal validation of core standards of practice.

      What is Career Counseling/Coaching?
      • It is an investment in your future!

      • Making a career transition or seeking a new job requires lots of time, commitment, & persistence to land the successful position that will meet your career goals.

      • It is less about your time or bottom line cost, and more about the return on investment for the rest of your working life.
