Kerry S. Leppo
Board Member
Kerry is a business leader, board member and investor. He is on the boards of several
private companies and non-profits. Kerry has held C-level executive positions where
he has been instrumental in growing companies from inception through surpassing
revenue goals.
He has both agency & client advertising industry experience for both BB & B-C products and services. Kerry’s rich marketing experience is highly tuned to customer demand drivers and innovative market opportunities, and so his leadership has manifested unique competitive advantage when at the helm.
His knowledge of investment banking, DoD procurement contracts and private equity capital brings depth and a wealth of experience to the table for the many private company boards and non-profits he advises. He has been a guest speaker on business, entrepreneurship, advertising and global marketing on multiple podcasts and also at the F.W. Olin School, Babson Graduate School of Business.
Kerry has a passion for rock
music and performs with a popular North Shore touring band. He also enjoys sportscars and has followed the NASCAR circuit since 2004. He has done business with NASCAR LLC and was an investor and partner in NASCAR DRG Racing Team.

Tony Boschetto, CPA, MST, CVGA
Board Member
Tony Boschetto is a senior-level business leader with over twenty years of leadership experience growing businesses in a breadth of industries including Information Services, Technology, Hospitality, Food Service, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution.
With experience in senior management positions in major corporations and as an independent consultant, he has executed M&A work for public and private companies including multinational acquisition searches.
In recent consulting assignments, Tony has been engaged for transaction services and sell-side representation for Companies in the Distribution, Health Care and IT Services Industry.
Most recently, Tony has served as CFO and VP of Finance and Business Development at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and handled Financial Planning and Analysis, M&A, and Strategic Planning. In this capacity, Tony lead many successful buy-side acquisitions from strategic planning through integration.
As the CFO, VP/General Manager of Uniform Information Services Inc., Tony lead the Company through a private equity recapitalization, driving an acquisition strategy and responsible for its successful transformation and eventual sale to Wolters Kluwer.
Prior in his career, as a senior leader of the management team for a publicly traded Company in the Hospitality Industry, Tony managed the company through a successful restructure leading to a private equity recapitalization taking the Company private.
